In
May 2009 I saw an advert for ¼ acre plots of land, on a
lake in Norfolk about 70 miles north of my main home with outline planning
permission to build lakeside log cabin-style holiday homes on it. I bought one
plot prior to auction, have cleared the site and submitted a plan to the
local council to build it; permission was granted in Feb 2010. Hopefully it
will be completed by the summer. The 3 bedroom 2 storey cabin will come from a
specialist manufacturer in Estonia and is expected to be delivered by late
April. Here are some pics of the site, its development and plans of the cabin.
